Standard cosmology models the universe as an infinite, flat manifold expanding into nothingness, a framework that struggles to resolve anomalies such as the Hubble Tension, the uniformity of the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB), and large-scale quasar alignments. This paper proposes a paradigm shift: the universe is a finite, hollow Bubble governed bya 2D holographic Blanket. In this model, the void is not empty space, but a super-dense element. Light does not travel linearly; it propagates via reflection along the boundary, accumulating Reflective Time. This geometry resolves the redshift without requiring metric expansion, explains the alignment of cosmic filaments and quasars as tension lines in a cosmic clockwork, and redefines the universe as a self-emerging being. We present the mathematical formalism for Reflective Time and the geometric constraints of the hollow void.
