What happens to the physical history of an event after its original material configuration has changed? This paper develops a mathematical framework for conscious directed spacetime within Six-Throat Directed Geometry, connecting preserved physical history, individual directed cosmic cycles, and the construction of matter at an occupied zero-building point. The framework introduces W₀ as a unified conscious directed-spacetime structure, distinct from the common terminal interface M₁. It formulates a two-face cosmic event register in which physical interactions, applicable laws, causal provenance, and material transformations are preserved under unique event identifiers. Terminal archival transfer is distinguished from the preservation and routing of individual identity. At the microscopic level, a specified electron–nuclear Hamiltonian yields analytical probability-current laws, short-time intermediate and product responses, atom-resolved construction identities, and a conditional coherent blockade. Stoichiometric conservation, reaction-turnover identities, and isotope-flow rank criteria further establish which molecular reaction pathways can be identified within the defined models. The manuscript brings these elements together in a reproducible theoretical structure, accompanied by the complete LaTeX source, numerical verification programs, generated figures, reference outputs, and integrity checks. The central question is how directed physical history, material interaction, and construction at zero can be represented within one mathematically consistent framework. The molecular construction developed in this study is examined in relation to published prebiotic chemistry and spectroscopy research. The work of J. G. Forsythe, N. V. Hud, R. Krishnamurthy, F. M. Fernández, and collaborators provides experimental context for wet–dry ester-mediated amide formation and prebiotic peptide sequence diversity. The kinetic investigations of S.-S. Yu and collaborators inform the discussion of depsipeptide formation and ester–amide exchange. The peptide-bond spectroscopy study by L. Weinhardt and colleagues provides a reference for electronic-structure assignments. These studies are explicitly cited and distinguished from the present paper's theoretical calculations, which develop the directed-spacetime framework, its electron–nuclear model, and its atom-resolved conservation laws.
