Technological advancements have transformed production processes, revealing the inadequacy of traditional resource management approaches. This necessitates redesigning industrial systems based on collaborative models. Industrial symbiosis (IS) aims to create a sustainable production ecosystem by generating economic and environmental value. However, decision‐making models addressing uncertainties in IS partner selection under advanced fuzzy approaches remain limited. This study supports IS implementation and sustainable resource management in the textile industry by identifying the most suitable symbiotic partner under uncertainty. The evaluation considers cement and ready‐mixed concrete, ceramics, packaging and recycling, agriculture and greenhouse cultivation, chemical and industrial chemicals, and construction sectors. The study proposes the fuzzy skewness impact through distributional evaluation (F‐SITDE) and fuzzy multiple normalization rating analysis (F‐MUNRA) model, an integrated fuzzy multicriteria decision‐making (MCDM) framework for uncertainty handling. F‐SITDE determines criterion weights, while F‐MUNRA evaluates alternatives. The results show the packaging and recycling sector performs best. Comparative analysis confirms robustness. The framework offers a systematic methodology for decision‐making and contributes to SDGs 9, 12, and 13.
