This study examined the relationships among personality traits, emotional intelligence (EI), and psychological well-being (PWB) among 139 fourthyear BS Psychology students at Pamantasan ng Cabuyao. Using a descriptive quantitative design, preexisting results from the NEO PI-R, BarOn EQ-i Short Form, and PWB Scale were analyzed. Findings showed that Conscientiousness had the strongest positive relationships with PWB, while Neuroticism was negatively associated with several PWB dimensions. EI showed areas for improvement, particularly in Intrapersonal Skills and Stress Management. Significant relationships were found between personality traits and EI, as well as between personality traits and PWB, while most PWB dimensions were not significantly related to EI. The findings provide a basis for developing student wellness and support programs.
