The cross‐sectional study aimed to assess the family resilience among kidney transplant recipients, identify different profiles through latent profile analysis, and explore influencing factors based on the Double ABC‐X model. Kidney transplant recipients who underwent surgery at two tertiary grade A hospitals in Jilin and Liaoning provinces, China, between January 2021 and October 2025 were recruited by convenience sampling. Data were collected using the Family Resilience Questionnaire, Self‐Efficacy for Chronic Disease 6‐Item Scale, Family APGAR Index, Perceived Social Support Scale, and other relevant instruments. Latent profile analysis was employed to identify potential profiles of family resilience, and both univariate analysis and multinomial logistic regression analysis were used to investigate influencing factors. The 620 recipients exhibited an overall moderate to high level of family resilience. Three profiles were identified: low‐level (11.5%), moderate‐level (41.8%), and high‐level (46.8%). Family structure type, family APGAR, perceived social support, adaptive and maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies, and resignation were significant influencing factors ( p < 0.05). Understanding these profiles and the influencing factors may help healthcare providers design family interventions aimed at enhancing family resilience.
