This article presents the results of a methodological approach to developing information services for automated replenishment of a digital catalog of agricultural machinery database, designed to optimize agricultural production processes. An algorithm for creating and updating a digital resource is considered to reduce the time required to prepare analytical samples, improve the reliability of agricultural machinery data, and reduce the labor intensity of information and analytical support for the digital service by eliminating manual data entry. Particular attention is paid to the use of a DAG-oriented ETL pipeline, which allows the database update process to be decomposed into sequential and manageable tasks. The stages of source identification, identifier extraction, equipment card loading, intermediate storage, validation, reclassification, writing to PostgreSQL, and data transfer via an API to the user interface are presented.
