Today, the nosemathosis of honey bees is widespread worldwide, including in Russia. The aim of the work is to identify a pathogen, make a final diagnosis and carry out preventive measures for nosemathosis of bees. Diagnosis of nosemathosis - a parasitic disease of bees was carried out by light microscopy in the North-Western test laboratory FSBI "All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Animal Health". Laboratory studies have revealed infection of nosemathosis bees in the apiary in agricultural production cooperative "Breeding plant "Detskoselsky" of Pushkin district, St. Petersburg. For the treatment of bees from nosemathosis and prevention of this disease, a drug "Nosemacid" with a high antiprotozoic effect against the pathogen of nosemathosis was used. The achievement of efficiency in disinfecting beehives was achieved by using 80% acetic acid solution. The curative and preventive measures included a set of measures from disinfection and further feeding to bees of the drug "Nosemacid" in a mixture with sugar syrup at the price of 5 g of the drug for 20 liters of 5% sugar syrup per family twice with an interval of 7 days, in a dose of 100 liters per one frame of bee in the hive. As a result, the effectiveness of prophylactic measures against nosemathosis carried out in the apiary was 100%.
