This research presents the design and implementation of an intelligent water quality and quantity regulation system utilizing the ESP32 microcontroller and IoT technology. The system aims to achieve real-time monitoring, analysis and control of water resources by integrating low-cost sensors and automated regulation mechanisms. Key water quality parameters—pH, turbidity, electrical conductivity and temperature—alongside flow rate and level measurements, are acquired using calibrated analog and digital sensors interfaced with the ESP32. Sensor data are processed using embedded algorithms for noise reduction and threshold-based classification. The primary purpose of this paper is to reduce the wastage of water. The proposed work is easy to install, cost effective and focused on water quality and quantity measurements by using ESP32 microcontroller and (Blynk) a cloud-based IoT platform for visualization and remote supervision. In addition, the quantity of water is measured by flow sensor and water level present in the tank and its control by an admin through the pump. Global Positioning System (GPS) is used to update the location of the water tank to save time and speedy maintenance. The result shows a good agreement with the standard values of parameters as per World Health Organization (WHO).
