Results Mean perceived organizational justice was 4.04 (SD, 0.39) and mean workplace alienation was 2.71 (SD, 0.47), each scored from 1 to 5. Perceived organizational justice was inversely associated with workplace alienation (, ). Perceived organizational justice explained 20.7% of the variance in workplace alienation (, ). Conclusion Higher perceived organizational justice was associated with lower workplace alienation among nurses. Longitudinal research is needed to examine temporal and causal relationships.
