These are the slides used for a workshop on 'Governing AI Use in Your Organisation: Safe GenAI use, advanced digital technologies and the data controls that hold them together'. Participants work out how AI tools and accounts interface with sensitive information and data. The workshop introduces policy tools on how to think about guidelines around AI within their organization’s policy environment and workflow. We compare personal and organizational accounts for common AI tools and look at what each type of account means for the privacy of client records and accurate data analysis. We cover how staff can review your organization’s policy and inventory of digital tools.
