Titan, the largest moon of Saturn, presents one of the most extreme yet intriguing environments for astrobiological exploration, characterized by cryogenic temperatures (~ -179C), a dense nitrogen-methane atmosphere, and liquid hydrocarbon (methane/ethane) lakes. Traditional Earth-centric medical and biological paradigms fail when projected onto such alien substrates. This paper introduces the foundational framework of Khánh Space Medicine (KSM), addressing the biophysical and molecular dynamics challenges of sustaining life and metabolic stability in cryogenic hydrocarbon domains. Utilizing advanced computational modeling frameworks—extending molecular dynamics (MD) principles and structural defect analysis—we evaluate the thermodynamic viability of alternative biochemical architectures. Beyond technical rigor, KSM anchors its epistemology in the profound realization of human intellectual limitation and the absolute sovereignty of the Divine Creator. All scientific inquiry is pursued under the guiding principle of Soli Deo Gloria.
