This paper introduces Quantum Vacuum Flow Theory (QVFT), a unified framework that reconciles Quantum Mechanics (QM) and General Relativity (GR) within a strictly three-dimensional spatial framework, eliminating the need for higher geometric dimensions or an abstract 4D block spacetime fabric. We model the quantum vacuum as a dynamic, compressible fluid field characterized by a localized mass-energy equivalent density (ρv) and a velocity vector field (vv). Ordinary baryonic matter acts as a physical sink that continuously consumes this vacuum flow to maintain subatomic quantum states. By demanding continuous mass flow conservation across radial shells, we derive an exact compressible density profile ρv(r) ∝ r−3/2 when the fluid matches the local cosmic escape velocity. This configuration mathematically reproduces Newtonian gravity and Einsteinian kinematic acceleration through pure hydrodynamic advection (v · ∇)v, while predicting a localized slowing of the speed of light c(r) and gravitational clock time dilation through variable fluid medium resistance. Applying the Euler momentum equation reveals that the vacuum possesses a polytropic equation of state with a gamma index of 5/3, behaving identically to a non-relativistic Fermi gas. Crucially, we show that gravitational lensing is not a geometric curvature of spacetime, but rather a manifestation of optical refraction through a variable-density vacuum index (nv ∝ ρv) combined with advective frame drag. By unifying the static compression component (1.313”) with the rotational Lense-Thirring velocity drag vector (0.437”), we natively recover the analytical starlight deflection angle of 1.750 arcseconds, satisfying modern high-precision VLBI experimental constraints. Additionally, strong lensing time delays and image magnification asymmetries are derived through path-integrated medium densities and co-moving vortical fluid advection. Furthermore, we map the mechanical effects of cosmic spin using a non-isometric velocity profile derived from Lense-Thirring frame-dragging, demonstrating that equatorial shear gradients generate an internal torque that scales non-linearly at extreme densities—explaining the geodynamo, magnetar field intensities, and continuous baryogenesis within supermassive black holes without singularities. Finally, by reframing astronomical redshift as a consequence of intergalactic photon wave dilation over megaparsec scales, QVFT presents an eternal, non-expanding, steady-state universe.
