This article focuses on the social support of immigrants in precarious situations, particularly refugees resettled in France. This topic is relevant in a context marked by an increase in unfavorable decisions in regularization procedures, which nevertheless, in many cases, lead to migrants remaining on French territory. These individuals then seek support from the available services Common law, often under restrictive conditions and with limited resources, compromising their ability to meet their basic needs. This situation raises questions about the respect for the principle of unconditional reception as provided for by the Social Action and Family Code. It also highlights the structural limitations faced by associations, to whom public authorities entrust the responsibility of sheltering these populations, without always providing them with the necessary legal and financial means to carry out their missions as best as possible. The aim of this study is to assess the level of satisfaction of people in precarious situations regarding the support offered by the organizations, in a context where institutional reception is difficult to realize, both for the beneficiaries and for the field workers.
