Hypertension occurs when pressure in the blood vessels is too high, commonly above 140/90 mmHg. Although common, it can lead to fatal outcomes if not properly managed. Hypertension program coverage in East Tanjung Jabung Regency varies substantially across Public Health Centers, indicating challenges in program implementation. The regency has 17 Public Health Centers, highlighting the need for a comprehensive evaluation of factors associated with low service coverage. This quantitative study used a cross-sectional design to analyze hypertension service coverage in East Tanjung Jabung Regency in 2025. The study involved a population of 17,743 people with hypertension and 181 respondents. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analyses with the chi-square test. Significant relationships were found between service quality (p = 0.002), motivation (p = 0.005), and family support (p = 0.012) and hypertension service coverage. Service quality was identified as the most dominant factor. Policy makers and health service providers should align service delivery with patient preferences to improve hypertension service coverage.
