This method not only improves the socio-economic structure of local communities but also conforms to global sustainability trends. Strategies for innovation in the hotel sector are essential for sustaining competitiveness and improving consumer experiences. This study aims to analyze and highlight several research publications examining management strategies for increasing sustainable creative economic growth, particularly in the hospitality industry. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach guided by the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) diagram, we analyzed 22 research publications focused on management strategies to promote sustainable creative economic growth in this industry. However, the successful implementation of this innovation depends heavily on several supporting factors, namely the development of a supportive organizational culture, engagement in local collaborations, and the ability to overcome various financial, technical, and cultural challenges. In conclusion, the integration of technological innovation and business models must be strategically implemented to ensure a balanced approach, where technological advancements do not override the essential human elements of hospitality
