Protected boundary data of a codimension-three timelike Codazzi defect are used to reconstruct a finite internal carrier and to test whether it admits one constrained microscopic realization. Protected least-sufficient reconstruction fixes a primitive $3+2$ complex, the gauge form S(U(3)× U(2)), a chiral $16$-dimensional packet with kY=5/3, and a norm-seven family structure before an action is chosen. A marked equianharmonic/Higgs family then supplies the global family packet. For the realization problem, the Codazzi equations are imposed as constraints, the scalar constitutive law is fixed by the affine-warp profile, and a single same-domain Alena-Codazzi completion is constructed. Its high-angular stability is controlled on the physical graph Hessian, while a Clifford-Green channel and a branch-invisible soft completion fix the low-angular boundary sector. The resulting rank-two selector has an analytic branch with a unique first invariant-sector fixed-charge fold. After spectral attachment, the frozen scale-free observables lie on a one-dimensional saturation manifold, so one chart coordinate fixes the longitudinal position and the remaining relations are transverse no-retune tests. The construction proves existence within the declared regularized-domain class; uniqueness, microscopic naturalness, absolute normalization, higher-cell dynamics, and continuum/outgoing completion remain open.
