Contemporary fundamental physics is locked in an ontological impasse, fragmented into mutually incompatible formalisms: quantum field theory operating over flat back- ground spacetime, general relativity describing gravitation as metric curvature of an empty manifold, and observational cosmology invoking an unverified 95% dark sector. Here, we present a closed, deterministic, and singular-free Theory of Everything (ToE) formulated entirely from classical elastodynamics of a real physical medium: an all- pervading, pre-stressed mechanical continuum endowed with finite bulk modulus Kv , shear rigidity Gv , and background hydrostatic pressure P0. Starting from a single uni- versal action density, we demonstrate that: (1) fundamental particles are topologically stabilized strain solitons whose rest mass m = E0/c2 represents localized elastic de- formation energy; (2) inertial resistance (F= ma) and Newton-Poisson gravitation are direct hydrodynamic reaction forces and pressure gradients of the substrate, resolving Mach’s principle; (3) the strong nuclear force is the near-field Bernoulli confinement of coupled shear vortices below femtometer separation, eliminating postulated color charges and gluons; (4) weak decay corresponds to shear yield instability under criti- cal geometric strain; and (5) electromagnetic propagation and magnetic light bending follow naturally from non-linear constitutive response tensors. The entire spectrum of physical forces is thus unified into a single continuum mechanics equation governed by Occam’s razor.
