Exact energy representations, nonlinear rank barriers, and uniformly certified measurements ƎR//Λ∞ is a self-contained mathematical and computational research package investigating the distinction between the complexity of representing a finite model and the complexity of certifying its requested measurements. The work connects exact continuation representations, nonlinear observation, polynomial approximation, and independently executable certificates. Its central construction exhibits four sharply different behaviors within the same explicit family: exponentially many scalar residual states in every variable order; an exact linear energy representation with maximum cut dimension three; exponentially large exact Boltzmann-response ranks; and compact polynomial measurement representations with rigorous guarantees for every permitted future query. Central mathematical construction For binary variables and n ≥ 4, the manuscript studies the quadratic family c_n(x) = Σ0 ≤ u < v < n 2^(u+v) x_u x_v. The energy admits the recurrence (1, S, C) → (1, S + t, C + tS), where t = 2^j x_j. The manuscript establishes the following representation results: Additive-normalized residual diagrams: exactly 2^n total states in every variable order, under the stated live-state convention. Scalar-affine residual merging: a cut-width lower bound of 2^(n−2), also in every variable order. Exact rational linear representations: minimum cut dimensions (1, 2, 3, …, 3, 2, 1), totaling 3n−3 coordinates. Exact nonlinear observation: after normalizing the energy to E_n ∈ [0,1], the Boltzmann response exp(−B E_n) has exact real cut rank min(2^i, 2^(n−i)) at cut i, for every B > 0 and every variable order. These results separate specified representation classes. They show that a compact exact energy description need not remain compact after a natural nonlinear observation. Exact real rank is distinguished from numerical rank at a chosen approximation tolerance. Uniformly certified nonlinear measurements The measurement framework supports sums of the form Q_w(f) = Σ_x f(x) ∏_j w_j(x_j), with nonnegative product weights. Weight pairs (1,0) and (0,1) impose fixed-variable restrictions. Polynomial observers are represented through symmetric-power lifts of the linear state. For the three-coordinate energy recurrence, a degree-d observer requires at most binomial(d+2, 2) lifted coordinates. At B = 4 and degree 25, at most 351 lifted coordinates suffice to certify a positive partition-function lower endpoint and relative interval width below 3.963083061 × 10^−9 for every nonzero nonnegative product-weighted query. The guarantee follows from a pointwise approximation inequality and therefore remains valid under all supported later restrictions, including restrictions chosen after earlier answers. Its coverage is mathematical rather than inferred from sampled queries. The approximation cost depends on the observation parameter B = βΔ, requested accuracy, arithmetic precision, and number of layers. The fixed degree-25 controls do not certify the same target at B = 16 or B = 64. Executed 128-variable construction The flagship experiment starts from 8,128 explicit multilinear polynomial terms, rather than a table of all assignments. The compiler discovers an exact representation with: 381 total linear coordinates and maximum cut dimension three. 1,381 nonzero transition coefficients. A 15,135-byte serialized model core. A 727,820-byte complete source and audit certificate. 2,137 point evaluations and 761 exact difference calls. Zero suffix-assignment enumerations during compilation. Independent checking verifies local polynomial identities, nonsingular source cross matrices, and the embedded source’s coefficient binding to the stated quadratic family. These identities establish semantics over all 2^128 assignments without enumerating that universe. For the unrestricted thermal query at B = 4, the stored exact rational endpoints have the outward-rounded display 0.5493495292337408 ≤ Z / 2^128 ≤ 0.5493495305704291. For the largest-weight bit, 0.2662971699170968 ≤ Pr(x₁₂₇ = 1) ≤ 0.2662971729982763. Four recorded query brackets meet their accuracy target at degree 21. The degree-25 all-query guarantee is a separate theorem and certificate. An independently implemented backward integer-polynomial calculation checks the reported intervals, marginal divisions, relative widths, and uniform certificate. Reusable error certificates for imperfect representations A further extension handles approximate continuation representations through local vector defects and a telescoping error identity. Correlation-preserving uncertainty sets yield certified intervals for subsequent nonnegative product queries. Jointly transforming the latent representation and its uncertainty sets under an invertible change of basis preserves the resulting bounds. A cancellation example demonstrates how coordinate re-boxing can instead enlarge an interval by a factor of 101 despite unchanged semantics. The supplied defect experiment checks all 729 restriction patterns of a perturbed six-variable model and 24 additional rational product-weight queries. All 312 restrictions with nonzero actual error lie within their certified intervals. Performance interpretation and retained foundations The recorded 128-variable weighted-query workload takes approximately 3.658 ms per query for the learned graph, 24.194 ms for direct sparse-polynomial calculation, and 0.890 ms for the hand-derived recurrence. The specialized recurrence is faster. The demonstrated contribution is automatic representation discovery and certification, with explicit construction and verification costs. The package also retains the earlier finite observer framework, normalized weighted diagrams, and an independently checked minimum-formula-size certificate for all 256 Boolean functions of three inputs in the declared NOT/AND/XOR formula-tree grammar. Contents and reproducibility Scientific version 3.0 includes a 54-page manuscript, editable LaTeX sources, expanded proofs, Python implementations, raw results, figures, exact certificates, independent checkers, adversarial tests, provenance records, and reproduction tools. Fresh release checks pass all 94 research tests, the original checksum manifest, the complete finite formula-optimality certificate, the flagship linear certificate, and the thermal interval and uniform-query certificates. The 161-file distribution, packaging revision 2, preserves all 138 original research files and adds publication documentation, structured summary datasets, integrity verification, and a guided Windows Hugging Face uploader. Its 11 offline uploader tests are separate from scientific validation. Core computational experiments require Python 3.10+ and use the standard library. Optional figure and manuscript rebuilding require additional rendering dependencies. Scientific scope The contribution is the explicit combination of every-order representation separations, a nonlinear exact-rank barrier, uniform certified polynomial measurements, and executable source-to-certificate workflows. Established foundations in weighted automata, tensor trains, polynomial approximation, total positivity, and residual error estimation are credited. Historical priority of the combination remains unestablished. The general bounded-synthesis theorem retains its explicit computational-backend premise; no accelerated universal decision implementation is supplied. Compact energy representations alone do not establish fast arbitrary optimization, predicate counting, or full distribution enumeration. The results provide a concrete foundation for evaluating certified computation on compatible finite scientific models, with source representation, query family, approximation parameters, and all relevant resource costs stated explicitly.
