This work establishes a cognitive framework rooted in the holistic perspective of the universe, distinct from cosmological views formulated merely by inducing concepts and logic from terrestrial observational phenomena. It breaks away from the existing paradigms through which humans observe and reason about the cosmos. This is not a refutation of existing approaches; rather, it is a broader logical framework of thinking that can accommodate established scientific research methods. This framework embraces the full range of experimental methods, observational protocols and findings of current science, while it can consistently deduce the internal logic of conventional cosmological systems. As this framework departs from established modes of thinking, it poses a substantial barrier to comprehension. Nevertheless, in the foreseeable future, it may evolve into an entirely new paradigm for interpreting the universe and supply an alternative fundamental thinking toolkit for the overall advancement of science and technology. Fundamentally, it represents the first cognitive approach constructed from the holographic perspective of the universe and aligned with the unified, self-consistent logic of the cosmos.
