This work constructs a classical structural model of elementary particles derived from classical physics, the light quantum hypothesis, special relativity, two foundational postulates and experimental data. Within the four-layer gyration framework, particles correspond to stable electromagnetic standing-wave configurations formed by bound motion of photons. The electron is a standing-wave spherical shell, with spatial separation between energy distribution and the localization of effective charge. The proton consists of three nested standing-wave shells, each with a characteristic energy of approximately 300 MeV. The neutrons have two distinct structural configurations carrying equivalent static magnetic charges of magnitude and opposite signs. This paper puts forward a clear falsifiable experimental prediction and invites experimental verification: free neutrons can be screened and separated by a tailored magnetic field to yield neutrons with N‑type and S‑type static magnetic charges, respectively. After separation, beta decay within populations consisting of neutrons of the same configuration will be suppressed and may even vanish.
