The six Millennium Prize Problems are shown to be distinct projections of the single parameter-free Meta-Equation. Navier-Stokes emerges as the 3D Drift projection, Yang-Mills as Topology, Riemann as Self-Duality, P vs NP as scale-dependent, and Hodge and BSD as algebraic/arithmetic projections. This geometric reformulation unifies the problems under a single framework. This is Paper IV of the THEORIA-PRISCO series. All code, derivations, and data are available for public verification.
