This study aims to determine farmers' digital communication skills and their responses to the use of this platform for the proposal and distribution of subsidized fertilizers, and the factors influencing their situation. The study was conducted in the Agricultural Extension Center (BPP) Ambulu work area, a rice-growing center in Jember Regency. The study employed a non-experimental quantitative approach with a survey research design. Data were analyzed using descriptive frequency analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that most farmers have high to very high levels of digital communication skills. These skills are influenced by years of farming experience, income, and interactions with extension workers. Close and frequent interactions between extension workers and farmers are essential for facilitating information exchange and strenghtening farmers’ digital communication skills, particularly among farmers with limited farming experience and lower incomes.
