A key component in modernizing administrative devices at the village level is transforming the management of digital correspondence archives. At the Mampang village office, issues related to fragmented document management have caused vulnerabilities such as lost files, duplicate records, and slow data access. By integrating cloud storage APIs into the village correspondence program, this community service project addresses these issues and develops a cloud-based storage system that is responsive, secure, and well-organized. This community service is carried out in four detailed stages: Planning and Needs Analysis, Socialization and Participant Recruitment, Cloud Storage Implementation Training, and Technical Assistance and Practical Application. The results show that the new system successfully automates the classification of issued documents by type and date in cloud storage. This action successfully shortened the time needed for filing, eliminated the possibility of lost files or physical damage, and improved daily operational efficiency. With better access restrictions and system integration, cloud storage provides affordable, useful, and durable digital administration options.
