This repository contains the analytic data and reproducibility materials supporting the systematic review and meta-analysis “Biographical Timing Discrepancies and Mental Health and Well-Being in Adulthood: A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis.” The deposit includes analysis-ready datasets for the principal quantitative synthesis models, risk-of-bias data, data dictionaries, provenance documentation, model outputs, and reproducibility code. The materials correspond to the final analytic corpus used in the review and are provided to facilitate verification, reproducibility, and transparent reuse. The principal meta-analytic models comprise the depressive-symptom core (k = 8), the higher-order strict model (k = 9), and the adjusted-compatible sensitivity model (k = 10). Reproducibility scripts and documentation are included within the deposited archive. Systematic review registration: PROSPERO CRD420261530695.
