Organizations depend on information systems to manage operational data, monitor performance indicators, and support strategic decisions. Traditional management information systems often rely on fragmented databases and isolated software environments that limit operational visibility and coordination. This research examines the development of a cloud-based management information system designed to integrate business operations, financial reporting, and operational analytics within a unified platform. The proposed framework introduces centralized data storage, role-based access control, and dashboard-based reporting to support real-time monitoring of organizational activities. System architecture includes cloud databases, web-based interfaces, and structured reporting tools that assist managers in reviewing operational performance across departments. Case analysis demonstrates improvements in data availability, reporting accuracy, and coordination among administrative units. The findings indicate that cloud-hosted MIS platforms support structured decision processes and efficient information sharing across organizations.
