The use of Long-Term Contraceptive Devices (AKJP) in Indonesia is still below the national target even though this method has high effectiveness in preventing pregnancy. This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, social media information, and trust in health workers on the use of AKJP among family planning acceptors at the Blitar Police Primary Clinic in 2025. The study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive analytical design and a cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 150 active family planning acceptors, while a sample of 109 respondents was selected using simple random sampling. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis included univariate analysis, Chi Square test, and multiple logistic regression. The results showed that motivation (p = 0.049; OR = 2.373) and trust in health workers (p = 0.016; OR = 8.193) significantly influenced the use of AKJP, while social media information had no significant effect (p = 0.065). The research conclusion shows that the increase in the use of AKJP is more influenced by motivation and especially trust in health workers than information obtained through social media, so strengthening counseling and interpersonal communication needs to be a priority in family planning programs.
