In 6G wireless networks, the substantial increase in user equipment (UE) density and wireless resource utilization has made spectrum and power resource allocation challenges. Currently, limited research exists on spectrum and power resource allocation when UE employs dual-connectivity mode within the cloud radio access network architecture, particularly in scenarios where unmanned aerial vehicle base station is rapidly deployed to enhance network performance during peak traffic periods. Therefore, we propose a spectrum and power resource allocation scheme for this scenario. The scheme formulates the problem as two separate optimization problems to maximize utility functions, allocating spectrum and power resources based on system throughput, UE service priority, and operator's revenue. Simulation results show the proposed scheme's effectiveness in improving system throughput, spectrum utilization, and operator's revenue, especially under high-load conditions, while ensuring quality of service requirements for high-priority UEs.
