The article presents the results of comprehensive treatment of patients with facial nerve neuropathy against the background of comorbid conditions using polypeptide neuroreparants. The data of dynamic clinical and instrumental examination of patients with facial paresis of varying severity are provided. The role of neuropeptide support in overcoming the «regenerative plateau» and accelerating the reinnervation of facial muscles is substantiated. A positive trend in functional recovery was revealed, as assessed by the House — Brackmann Scale and the MRC (Medical Research Council) Muscle Scale. The data of stimulatory electroneuromyography confirm a statistically significant increase in the M — response amplitude and a reduction in distal latency in patients of the main group. The efficacy of the proposed algorithm in minimizing the risks of developing pathological synkinesias and improving the quality of life according to the EQ — 5D — 5L index is demonstrated. The feasibility of including repeated courses of neuroreparative therapy in rehabilitation programs for patients with lesions of the peripheral part of the facial nerve has been proven.
