The current article aims to determine the influence of porous media and engineering quantities on chemically reactive magnetic sodium alginate fluid flow with entropy generation examination. It is noted that there is a dearth of investigation on chemically reactive magnetic sodium alginate fluids under the circumstances of MHD, porous media, radiation, heat source, and chemical reaction. The authors addressed this research gap. Nonlinear governing equations scrutinized to ODEs by utilizing similarity terms, heat source/sink, and solar radiation effects were added in the energy equation, then formulated by the Laguerre polynomials series approach, and also studied the irreversibility of processes functionality, findings of the present analysis illustrate that increasing the magnetic field decreases the momentum of the fluid and increases the temperature by 19%; raising the thermal radiation upsurges the temperature. The rate of heat transmission is enhanced by 22% when the heat source increases from 1 to 4, and heat transmission increases by 28% when the thermal radiation increases from 1 to 4. Bingham fluids are beneficial in situations requiring controlled flow, such as the transfer of sewage, where the yield stress may prevent leakage by blocking flow under low force. And also employed in cooling systems for electrical devices and transformers, which require excellent heat dissipation.
