The integration of multimedia into Karakalpak language classes offers opportunities to create interactive, learner-centred, and communicative learning environments. This article examines the pedagogical potential of multimedia tools, including educational videos, audio recordings, digital presentations, visual materials, and interactive applications, for improving students’ oral communication skills. It discusses the theoretical foundations of multimedia-assisted language learning, practical classroom strategies, and approaches to assessing speaking performance. Particular attention is paid to the linguistic and educational context of Karakalpak language classes. The article argues that purposeful multimedia integration can support pronunciation, vocabulary acquisition, fluency, comprehension, and students’ confidence in speaking. It also highlights the importance of appropriate instructional design, teacher guidance, and equitable access to digital resources.
