This study aims to analyze the effects of internet access, human capital, investment, and unemployment on economic growth in Sulawesi, Indonesia. The study employs a quantitative approach using panel data from six provinces over the 2016–2025 period. The data are analyzed using panel regression with the Random Effect Model (REM). The results indicate that internet access has a negative and statistically significant effect on economic growth. Human capital, measured by mean years of schooling, has a positive but statistically insignificant effect. Investment, measured by realized Domestic Investment (PMDN), has a positive and statistically significant effect, while unemployment has a negative and statistically significant effect. Based on these findings, local governments should promote the productive use of the internet, improve the quality of education and workforce skills, expand domestic investment in productive sectors, and strengthen job creation to support more equitable and sustainable economic growth in Sulawesi.
