This paper presents a clinical observation of pregnancy and subsequent childbirth using autologous endometrial stem cells after a long period of infertility. Anamnestic data, laboratory and instrumental parameters are analyzed, and management strategies for achieving the desired pregnancy are described. The authors concluded that a multidisciplinary approach is necessary for patients of advanced reproductive age with long-term infertility. This approach includes an assessment of hormonal and immune status, the results of instrumental examinations, and the observation of related specialists. The use of autologous stem cells may increase the chances of successful conception.
