Guided by cosmological observations (Planck baseline: ~68% dark energy, ~27% dark matter, and ~5% visible matter), this note presents a qualitative geometric proposal to interpret the structural distribution of the cosmic energy budget. We introduce a three-window topological taxonomy based on the coherence parameter W: (1) Modes with W < √α remain smooth and unknotted, contributing to the dark energy background (~68%); (2) Modes locked at W ≈ √α form compact, localized topological knots corresponding to visible matter (~5%); (3) Modes with W ≳ 1 form a diffuse fluid sector, where smooth bulk overflow reinforces the dark energy continuum, while boundary collisions leave residual topological shearing that accounts for dark matter halos (~27%). This framework maps the observed cosmic ratios onto distinct geometric regimes of high-dimensional projection without claiming a de novo ab initio numerical derivation.
