Eid al-Fitr package rotating savings is a socio-economic activity in which community members contribute money periodically to meet their needs ahead of the holiday. In practice, participants and organizers have agreed on the payment amounts and the packages to be received from the outset of registration. However, at the time of distribution, price changes and discrepancies in package contents occur, resulting in losses for some participants. This study aims to examine the practice of Eid al-Fitr package rotating savings in Sukamaju Village, Cibeber District, Cianjur Regency, and analyze it based on the legal maxim concerning gharar (uncertainty). This study employs a descriptive method with a normative approach and a field research design. Data are collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the practice still involves uncertainty regarding the delivery time, package specifications, and price changes. However, based on the legal maxims concerning gharar, these uncertainties are categorized as gharar yasir (minor uncertainty) and are therefore considered tolerable under Islamic law
