Yeast-based inoculant formulation to ensure soil phosphorus (P) and microbial productivity in tropical lettuce plants is tested in this research, promoting agronomic efficiency and family farming resilience and climate justice. In field trials using Chromic Ferralsol, we conducted elite soil yeasts with industrial Kraft lignin residue under low mineral fertilization. The data was cleaned and refined using the Z-loo algorithm to control environmental noise. Some formulations produced commercial output equivalent to the full mineral fertilization and minimized soil P depletion and water eutrophication risks. In addition to agronomic benefits, low-cost bioformulations reduce farmer reliance on imported fertilizers and increase the socioeconomic independence of family farmers who produce over 60% of all vegetables in the country. These findings are consistent with Brazilian public policy frameworks like the Family Farming Law (Law 11,326/2006), PL 1787/2025 and ABC+ Plan to protect diffuse rights to an ecologically balanced environment (Art. 225, Federal Constitution) and advance UN Sustainable Development Goals and IPCC climate justice frameworks.
