Digital wellness tools can help people record personal health information and access resources for mental well-being and healthy eating. However, these functions are often presented separately. This paper describes Mind Mate, an interactive web application that combines mood and journal tracking, stress-related assessment, diet information, meditation resources, yoga guidance, and wellness record management. Users can enter mood and selected health information, explore wellness resources, and review previously stored records. The system uses a web interface and an SQLite database, as described in the project report. Functional test cases are reported for registration, login, data entry, recommendations, progress tracking, and feedback. These checks indicate that the tested features operated as expected in the reported project environment. They do not establish clinical effectiveness, diagnostic accuracy, or improvements in user health. Mind Mate is intended as a personal wellness support application and does not replace professional medical or psychological care.
