This paper studies text documents for natural language processing using toolsfrom dynamical systems and topological data analysis. We model a document’sparagraph procession as a discrete semantic trajectory moving around a centralthematic limit cycle Γ in a high-dimensional vocabulary space. Following Majhi,we prove that the Vietoris-Rips homology of the paragraph point cloud near Γ isisomorphic to either 0 or Z under precise density and reach constraints. We also providea geometric proof using the Tubular Neighborhood Theorem, the Borsuk NerveTheorem, and Latschev’s Reconstruction Theorem. The uniform and non-uniformconvergences of a text’s paragraphs to its main theme are rigorously establishedusing Oseledet’s Multiplicative Ergodic Theorem and Pesin’s metric construction.Furthermore, we derive the exponential convergence of the time-evolved persistencediagrams to the geometric profile of Γ via the results on Bottleneck distance for twodistinct temporal-shifted configurations. Finally, we demonstrate that non-essentialwritings and creative noise within a text systematically compress into the dead diagonalsubstrate using 0-persistence exponent formulations. With our results, welist some properties and term a text with these properties as a well-written text.Conversely, any text lacking one or more of these properties may be classified aspoorly written. Generative AI agents can utilize these constraints to automaticallyimprove their own writing quality and objectively evaluate human text.
