In this paper, we systematically report the out-of-plane and in-plane angle-dependent data for both I c and n-value at 20K, 45K, and 77K up to 8T for commercial REBCO tapes from four manufacturers. The strong anisotropy in the in-plane I c and n-values of all the REBCO tapes across all temperatures and applied magnetic fields was confirmed. Moreover, it was the first time to report that the minimum in-plane I c value was not located in the direction parallel to the current, which was predicted from theory. For the out-of-plane value, we showed the different angle-dependence curves in I c and n-values at 20K and 45K, widely observed in REBCO tapes from multiple manufacturers, which reflect the different pinning mechanisms of the same pinning center in I c and n-values.It is believed that this database can support the REBCO magnet design and help the tape manufacturers to improve their product.
