This paper presents a microscopic application of the Adaptive Memory-Driven Coupling Framework (AMDCF) to model the entanglement dynamics of a two-qubit system coupled to a structured environment. Using Wootters' concurrence as the dynamical variable, we demonstrate the phenomenon of Entanglement Sudden Death (ESD) followed by non-Markovian revivals (Information Backflow). The framework incorporates a cut-off frequency and system-bath coupling strength to derive a memory kernel that accurately captures the spectral density of the environment. The AMDCF dynamic safety valve ensures the physical bounds of concurrence are maintained. This deterministic approach offers profound implications for quantum error correction and the design of robust quantum memories.
