The article is devoted to the theoretical substantiation of modern approaches to optimizing strength fitness programs for women in the first period of adulthood. The relevance of the study is determined by the growing popularity of strength fitness as an effective means of improving health, enhancing physical fitness, optimizing body composition, and preventing diseases associated with insufficient physical activity. The aim of the study was to substantiate the principles of designing effective strength fitness programs, determine optimal training load parameters, and identify modern approaches to their individualization for women in the first period of adulthood. The study employed theoretical analysis, comparison, systematization, and generalization of data from contemporary scientific and methodological literature. The paper analyzes strength fitness programs, principles of training design, methods of load regulation, training periodization, the integration of strength, functional, and aerobic exercises, and approaches to monitoring training effectiveness. The analysis showed that the effectiveness of strength fitness programs depends on the individualization of training loads, progressive overload, systematic training, exercise variability, and adequate recovery. A comprehensive approach to program design contributes to improved physical fitness, optimized body composition, enhanced functional capacity, and better health in women during the first period of adulthood. Further research should focus on the experimental verification of optimized strength fitness programs and evaluation of their effects on physical condition, functional fitness, and quality of life.
