The article presents a palaeographical and codicological analysis of a Greek manuscript held at the Staatsbibliothek zu Berlin with the shelfmark cod. graec. fol. 18. The manuscript primarily contains works attributed to Ephrem the Syrian. A detailed palaeographical analysis reveals similarities to Italo-Greek script. A codicological study is also presented. The study as a whole shows that the manuscript probably dates back to the 13th century and originates from Italy. The article also presents the contents of the book and its connection with the manuscript from the Berlin Collection, cod. graec. fol. 16.
