This supplementary file accompanies the study “Climate-related displacement and continuity of maternal health care in Bangladesh: a cross-sectional study”. The research examines associations between climate-related displacement and continuity of maternal health care in Gaibandha, Sirajganj, Patuakhali and Barguna districts, using data from 2023–2024.The analyses assess displacement status, frequency of displacement, the hazard leading to displacement and displacement onset type. Multinomial logistic regression models compare moderate and high continuity of care with low continuity, adjusting for demographic, socioeconomic and district characteristics. The complete-case analyses include 2405 women. Displacement was associated with lower relative risks of moderate and high continuity of care, with particularly low estimates for high continuity among women displaced repeatedly. The file contains a figure showing district-level maternal health service use and continuity of care, four tables presenting the full adjusted regression models, and the completed Strengthening the Reporting of Observational Studies in Epidemiology (STROBE) checklist.
