Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a significant role in supporting local economic development. However, many MSME owners still face challenges in financial record-keeping and digital marketing practices. This Community Service Program (KKN) aimed to enhance the capacity of MSME owners through assistance in simple digital bookkeeping and the development of creative content strategies to improve online marketing performance. The methods employed included observation, interviews, socialization, training, and direct mentoring. The digital bookkeeping program introduced user-friendly bookkeeping applications to help business owners record financial transactions systematically and efficiently. In addition, participants received guidance in developing creative marketing content, including product photography, promotional design, engaging caption writing, and the effective use of social media platforms for marketing purposes. The results indicated an improvement in participants' knowledge and skills in managing digital financial records and creating more attractive and consistent promotional content. Overall, the program contributed positively to strengthening the managerial and digital marketing capabilities of MSMEs, thereby supporting their competitiveness and sustainable business development.
