In contemporary education, the integration of artificial intelligence and gamification elements has become an important direction for enhancing students’ learning motivation and improving the teaching of complex subjects such as physics. However, the impact of artificial intelligence-based gamified teaching technology on the academic achievement of 7th-grade physics students has not yet been sufficiently explored in practical terms. Therefore, the aim of this study was to determine the effect of artificial intelligence-based gamified teaching technology on students’ academic achievement in 7th-grade physics and to substantiate its effectiveness scientifically. The study employed theoretical analysis of scientific and methodological literature, questionnaires, pedagogical observation, and practical work through interactive tasks, while the collected data were processed using descriptive statistics and Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient. The results showed positive relationships among students’ interest in physics, understanding of the topic, acceptance of game elements, and perceived usefulness of artificial intelligence support, and it was also found that EducaPlay-based tasks and AI-assisted guidance increased classroom engagement. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the practical description of the effect of integrating artificial intelligence and gamification elements in 7th-grade physics and in clarifying its pedagogical potential. In conclusion, artificial intelligence-based gamified teaching technology can be considered an effective pedagogical tool for increasing interest in physics, strengthening learning activity, and improving students’ mastery of educational content in 7th-grade physics.
