Scientific Monograph: Decipherment of the Indus Valley Script under the Wikaira Decipherment Framework`

This scientific working paper presents the direct decipherment of the Indus Valley Script under the Wikaira Decipherment Framework. It demonstrates that Indus Valley steatite stamp seals (2.5 cm x 2.5 cm), terracotta tokens, and copper plates functioned as commercial barcodes, shipping tags, and warehouse receipts for inventory tracking. Out of ~400 total signs, fewer than 50 high-frequency commodity icons account for over 75% of occurrences, proving the script was mathematically optimized for asset classification rather than spoken prose. Inscriptions follow a rigid accounting syntax: Identifier Header -> Commodity Logogram -> Numerical Tally.
