WOW The hydrogen resonance deviation: An Objective Geometric Derivation of the 1420.405 MHz Cosmic Frequency and the 72-Second Signal Duration Author: Delája Schuppers Date: 28 October 2026 Framework: UniPhiEd Realativity Copyright: 4.0 CC International Abstract On August 15, 1977, the Ohio State University Big Ear radio telescope recorded a 72-second narrowband emission burst at \(1420.405 MHz\), historically cataloged as the "Wow! Signal". Recent astrophysical analyses (2024–2026) associate this class of narrowband emissions near the neutral hydrogen line with stimulated, maser-like superradiance triggered when a background transient source passes through cold interstellar gas clouds. [1, 2, 3] This paper presents a comprehensive, scale-invariant fluid-matrix model that geometrically derives both the emission frequency and observational duration. Furthermore, we formalize the explicit mathematical matrix showing how the recorded solar activity index shift of July–August 1977 (\(18.3 → 27.6\)) maps symmetrically along the integer boundaries of the 0D Chiral Mass Gap, establishing a predictive, fully deterministic scaling formula for celestial alignment events.
