To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of zanubrutinib plus rituximab, ifosfamide, carboplatin, and etoposide (ZRICE) in patients with relapsed or refractory (R/R), non-germinal center B-cell-like diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Retrospective study of 20 adults (median age 54.4) with R/R DLBCL receiving second-line ZRICE; zanubrutinib 160 mg twice daily for ≤6 cycles. A total of 72 cycles were administered (median 4 per patient). After 2 cycles of ZRICE treatment, the overall response rate (ORR) and the complete response (CR) rates were 90.0% and 70.0%, respectively. The best ORR was 90.0%, and the CR rate was 80.0%. At a median follow-up of 30.5 (range, 5-58) months, the 2-year progression-free survival (PFS) rate was 69.3%, whereas the overall survival (OS) rate was 75.0%, and median PFS and OS were not reached. Common grades ≥4 hematologic adverse events (AEs) included anemia (50.0%) and neutropenia (75.0%). In a real-world setting, ZRICE showed a durable clinical response with tolerable safety in the treatment of R/R DLBCL.
