The survival of a baryon as a whole, its internal frequency shifts, and its transport response require a dynamical description of the same carrier. We work in the state space established by the finite p-adic reduction of the Bost–Connes system and incorporate the collective mode, three-color singlet, and flavor–spin structure into coherent formation, sustained propagation, and return. A full-spectrum reference and a common background calibration give a common mass scale of 936.669 MeV; the complete port matrix elements of a common exchange source further determine the conjugate mass-arm strengths for the stated routing. With fields and mobile compensating matter included, the implemented reference readout contains the frequency differences between two complete histories, while the arm parameters and field propagation jointly enter the memory kernel for transport. Finite inversion of coherence and continuity readouts constrains the response to a control protocol not used in parameter estimation; a pattern-preserving preparation of the complete carrier at rest and the corresponding mass spectral combination remain to be identified. Under their stated input conditions, the original phase–mass and electromagnetic self-energy prescriptions give m_n − m_p = 1.30363 MeV. The same internal structure yields the flavor–spin coefficients of the leading magnetic response, while weak transitions use the normalized return model of the preceding work. Nucleon endpoints, meson propagation, and return in both directions jointly produce central and tensor terms of finite range.
