Systematically recorded employee attendance is an important foundation in human resource governance across various types of organizations. Unfortunately, many institutions still rely on conventional attendance recording, which is prone to data errors, lack of transparency, and slow reporting processes. This research aims to design a web-based information system to manage employee attendance by adapting the Agile Scrum framework in its development process, so that the system can grow adaptively according to user needs. The case study was conducted at Klinik xyz, with requirements data gathered through interviews, direct observation, and a review of related literature. The features built include user authentication, employee data management, clock-in and clock-out recording, attendance recapitulation, and statistical reporting. Development was carried out through four sprint cycles covering the stages of user story, product backlog, sprint planning, sprint backlog, and daily scrum. Functional validation used blackbox testing, while user acceptance was measured through a usability questionnaire. The research findings confirm that the Agile Scrum framework successfully produced a fully functioning attendance system with a 100% test success rate and a usability score of 0.86, proving that the system can significantly improve the efficiency of employee attendance management.
