Oral rehabilitation in the esthetic zone represents one of the greatest challenges in contemporary implant dentistry, requiring procedures that combine functional predictability and aesthetic excellence. The aim of this study is to conduct an integrative literature review to analyze the influence of minimally invasive tooth extraction associated with immediate implant placement on peri-implant biological, aesthetic, and functional outcomes. For this purpose, a search was performed in PubMed, SciELO, and Google Scholar databases, selecting relevant clinical studies and reviews. The findings indicate that the atraumatic approach, by avoiding mucoperiosteal flaps, preserves the integrity of the alveolar bone crest and gingival architecture. Advanced techniques, such as the Socket Shield Technique and immediate provisionalization, demonstrated high efficacy in maintaining the emergence profile and preventing long-term tissue recession. It is concluded that combining minimally invasive extraction with immediate implants optimizes soft and hard tissue stability, reduces treatment time, and increases patient comfort, consolidating it as a highly predictable approach for the esthetic zone.
